APM is a five-axis multi-purpose flat brush machine, which can be used to trim and open complex-shaped brushes. The whole machine can change the table and also produce brushes such as roller brushes and ball brushes. It can produce two brushes at a time with high production efficiency.
The LPM is suitable for surface trimming of broom brushes and laundry brushes. The optional blooming head module can be used to complete the brush trimming requirements at the same time.
YPM is designed for shearing and trimming of brushes. With 1 shearing device, 2 blooming devices, a flat bristle device and a patting device, it can trim different types of brooms and brushes and flocking bristles combined together, which can reduce process flow and improve production efficiency.
DMPM is designed for round brush trimming, such as surface trimming of toilet brush, spider web brush, milk bottle brush and dish brush. The machine has 2 flat bristle knives and clamping tooling, which can trim 2 brushes at the same time. The brush diameter can be adjusted. After finishing the trimming, the product will automatically fall into the material frame, which is convenient for workers to operate.
